When and how often will I receive my mail?  You may choose when you want your mail to be shipped or held.  You may have shipments sent one at a time, forwarded to the same place until you notify us otherwise, or held (for up to six months). We sort your mail according to your instructions. We re-package your mail as first class mail then forward it to the address you provide.

What shipping options do I have besides the US Post Office?  We have a variety of expedited services available that offer tracking options as well as guaranteed delivery times. Ground services are also available at competitive pricing. Tracking and delivery times are guaranteed which makes this is an attractive and affordable alternative to USPS Priority Mail.

Will I incur any charges in addition to the stated fees?  We charge a monthly fee as well as the actual cost of postage for sending you your shipments. You will not be charged for packaging materials or any other supplies.  You may incur additional charges on packages you choose to insure or packages you send internationally where taffis and taxes apply.
