Who needs a mail forwarding agent? People who choose to travel frequently or full-time and do not want to ask family or friends to assume responsibility for receiving and forwarding the traveler's mail. Mail agents are entrusted with the responsibility of receiving, repackaging and forwarding mail to the destination the client requests.


What is necessary to set-up a mail account?
Complete the on-line application form, provide payment and sign our contract for service. We will forward you a welcome package with your new address. You must then complete a US Postal Form 1583 in order for us to act as your mail agent. Click here to view the downloadable forms.


How do I pay for my shipments?
You may pay your initial fees via check, money order, Visa, MC or Discover. The initial charge includes your first month’s service, a postage deposit and a one-time set-up fee. After this, you may choose to pay monthly by check or credit card. (You may also prepay your account at any time.)


How do I change my shipping address?
You may contact us toll-free at (866) 809-4273 during normal business hours. You may also advise us of an address change via e-mail 24 hours a day. There is no limit to the number of times you change your shipping address.
